I have used Neutrogena products for years to help keep my acne under control, and this product takes it to the next level. The exfoliation from the little beads is thorough, and the cool tingle immediately after applying is soothing. I use it every night to wash away the accumulation of dirt and oil from the day. Since I have been using this product, the amount and severity of acne on my face have dropped dramatically. Although it is fairly gentle and doesn't irritate my sensitive skin, it is probably a little too abrasive to use more than once a day so I would be careful about overdoing it. Amazing acne scrub

On the other hand, this scrub is awful. It left my skin oily and breaking out, plus the menthol (which doesn’t do anything in skin care products besides “tingle”) irritated my skin.

I use Clean and Clear Blackhead clearing scrub to gently exfoliate instead and am much happier with it.

I know we’re all different, so good luck in finding something that works for you.
