Wonderful!
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
My 14 year old son has been using this for 2 weeks now and we are amazed at the results. His skin has cleared up and his cheeks which seemed to always be slightly fushed has lessoned as well. We are both very pleased with the results and plan on continuing using it!

It's definitely helping without making my eczema flare up
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
I bought this set over a month ago because I was going through another bout of painful acne (cystic, hurt so much I couldn't find a comfortable side position to sleep, because the pillow against my face HURT). But I didn't start using it RELIGIOUSLY until a couple weeks ago.

I've been to 3 dermatologists. The prescription stuff made my eczema so bad, I looked like a burn victim, all red and scaly, skin peeling off, painful lumps. The dermatologist brand was too harsh.

I gave up using anything for years because of my sensitivity and being prone to redness, eczema, dermatitis. Just Cetaphil or Aquaphor and Lubriderm seriously sensitive lotion as moisturizer.

But I decided to give this a try. At first, I only used the scrub and toner, to try and ease my redness. Then I added the acne lotion, but only after moisturizing first to create a protective layer.

So far, it's not aggravating my eczema, and I see the acne is reduced and I can sleep on my side again. I still have scars and hyperpigmentation from the breakouts of the past year plus, but I hope if this controls new breakouts, the skin will have a chance to heal properly.

I can say as someone with INSANELY sensitive skin (I can wear very few makeup brands and no eye make-up at all) that this is one usable acne system (so far). It's worth a try if you just can't tolerate the others, like ProActiv (which I've tried) or Murad (which I've tried).

Best of luck,
M

UPDATE: I find that after three weeks, the change is noticeable. Fewer bumps, smoother, less redness in the cheeks. To combat some of my age-related issues, I use this now in combination with Kinerase clear skin. I even got a couple of "You're glowing" comments. So far, so good.

SECOND UPDATE: After five months, this is still helping to control my bad acne. And, best of all, I still have not had it make my eczema/atopic dermatitis go all to hell, like so many acne products do to me. My skin is not a peeling, red mess. This, in combo with Kinerase creams, are helping me control my skin mess. Perfection? No. But a definite difference that matters to me. Today, I have almost NO redness on my face--just one spot that is irritated from my reading glasses, so has a bit of scaliness. But my cheeks and forehead are NOT red. So, I still give this thumbs up.

cleared up my rosecea in just days
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
I have been using AcneFree Redness Relief for about a week and my skin doesn't burn anymore and it used to constantly burn. I read reviews before purchasing and some people complained about the smell, I don't think it even smells badly. I really like the product and a little goes a long way. It is pretty drying, but I use Toleriane Face cream and that takes care of the dryness. I would highly recommend for Rosecea.

Finally!
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
Just like a lot of people, I unfortunately started getting acne when I was an adult. After I turned 30, things started getting worse and I ping-ponged back and forth between acne products: Neutrogena, Paula's Choice, ProActiv, Serious Skincare, etc., etc. Some worked for a while and then the acne would come back, while others just plain didn't work. The ProActiv was the worst for my skin and it took months before my skin returned somewhat to normal.

Just before I turned 40 this year, my skin rebelled to everything that I put on. Lots and lots of redness, tiny bumps ALL OVER my face and huge, cystic acne along my jawline. Hurrah! Am I lucky or what? My face would also just burn and the weirdest times of the days and after eating certain foods. Yep, you guessed it - rosacea.

Went to my general doctor a couple of days before I was leaving for Hawaii and pleaded for her to give me something to take before I could go see a dermatologist. She prescribed me a steroid cream which worked while I was in Hawaii. Of course, once I stopped it (after 1 week) things returned back to what they were.

A couple of weeks after returning from Hawaii I went to see a dermatologist. She confirmed the rosacea and also the acne part. She didn't really provide me with any guidance as far as what things I should do to avoid flareups. Of course, all the derm's suggest cetaphil or Aveno. I just always felt like those don't do diddly when it comes to cleaning my face. She also prescribed me a acne medication. I started the acne medication (only can use it at night) and kept up my routine of aveno (cleanser/Ultra calming formula) and benzoyl peroxide zit cream during the day and night. The prescribed acne stuff hasn't really done anything - at least from what I can see.

When I ran out of my Aveno last week, I had to get more so I went to my local Target and happened to see this. I was hesitant to use it, because I had used their other products before. I thought, what the heck. I tried it and have been using it for over 1 week now and all I can say is, "wow".

Redness, acne, blemish scares and some hyperpigmentation is going away! This is after only 1 week! Don't get me wrong, my skin isn't 100%, but it certainly looks better. I sort of styled my hair to cover my jawline so you wouldn't see the red cysts and scaring. Now I'm not doing it! The smell of the products isn't as bad as some people claim it to be. I don't mind the smell considering that this product is working wonders.

I'll be reporting back in a month to say how it's doing. I just hope it continues to work!!! I hope they never stop making this!!!

Only thing that's worked for me
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
After years of good skin as a teen and young adult, I developed acne at the age of 28. For the last 7 years, I've tried all sorts of products, both OTC and prescription, and none have worked completely. I have very dry skin, and many of the products dry my skin out very badly and make the problem worse!

I got AcneFree Redness Relief about 1 month ago. I waited a month to write a review because sometimes something will seem to make things better for a week or two and then it gets worse. I have used this for about a month now and I am still seeing great results. My skin gets a LITTLE dry with this kit, but nothing a good moisturizer doesn't help.

The kit contains a cleanser, a toner, and a benzoyl peroxide 3% cream.

The cleanser is a sulpher-based cleanser with tea tree oil and I think it is the key to success with this kit. It is a little gritty (exfoliates) and it doesn't foam. It also has a faint smell of sulpher. I don't think the smell is bad, but I did read some reviews to that effect. Maybe the other reviewers were used to artificially fragranced products (which break me out faster than anything), but the sulpher smell was barely noticable to me.

The toner is a gel based toner (which was a little different for me). It is soothing and has very little smell. I don't always use this in a hurry, but it is very calming as it's stated purpose is to help reduce redness. It seems to help with this.

The last product is the benzoyl peroxide lotion. I hesitated with this because benzoyl peroxide dries my skin out so badly. This wasn't AS bad as other products I've used. I used it every day, twice a day, when I first started using the products and it did dry out my skin. Once all the blemishes were healing, I went down to using it only at night. Now that I have no more blemishes, I only use it as a spot treatment if I feel like I might have a spot coming up. Funny thing is, I have only had one tiny little bump to use it on in the last 2 weeks!

I have modified my routine a little bit since I first started using the products. I now wash my face with Suki Lemongrass Sugar cleanser in the mornings to exfoliate (it is all natural and food grade). Then I follow with the AcneFree toner and if needed the spot treatment. In the evening I use the AcneFree cleanser, follow with the toner and use Suki Carrot Serum for a moisturizer.

This is the first routine that has been successful in the last 7 years. Hope it helps someone else as well as it has for me!

Works great
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
I've had rosacea on and off for a long time and have tried various remedies, some worked, some didn't. My forehead broke out and none of the rosacea medicines made even a small difference. I tried AcneFree and after a month, the redness and pimples disappeared and the quality of my skin improved. I used Steps 1 & 2 2x/day and Step 3 only at night for one month. I then used all 1x/day to get the last little bit for another month. It's been a year now and this rash hasn't come back. I used the AcneFree on my whole face and it didn't aggrevate my skin where previous rosacea had been. This product worked wonders for me.

Better than ProActive!
Rating:5 out of 5 stars
I've been using Acne Free since last year and tried ProActive for 1 week- big mistake! My face got worse so I went back to Acne Free. I got the redness relief and my face is even better than before! People comment on my face ALL THE TIME! This is definitely a must buy product! Even the scar relief system is great! You don't even need to buy this online, just go to Target unless they don't have the system you want.
